When I was 23 me and the girl I had been going out with for 8 years broke up. As the first meaningful breakup of my life it wasn’t just the end of that relationship and any imagined future we had together, but also the end of my innocent belief in the fairytale, permanent nature of true love. Looking back, that breakup was less upsetting than finding out Mark was moving his business away from the south London location where we had our sessions together to set up in Luton. We were on a journey to unlock the swing I had hidden within myself, and the progress I was making made me the envy of my golf buddies. I went from the newbie to golf who was the worst in the group to winning every time me and my friends played together. One time Mark lent me some clubs to try out as they had a flat lie angle and would be better fitted to me, and on the second round of using them I holed out with the pitching wedge from fully 100 yards, a moment which as a married father of 3 children I can say was probably the best moment of my life. If you are anywhere near Luton and want a golf instructor who will use all the modern technology to show you and talk you through what you are doing wrong, how you can improve etc then Mark is definitely your man. Despite this new venue being 1h45m from my house I still plan to use Mark’s services as no other golf instructor in my area comes close
